At Evergreen Wellness Endeavors, I understand that each individual’s needs are unique. To get started, simply reach out to schedule a consultation where we can discuss your goals and determine the best therapeutic approach for you.
Together, we’ll create a plan that aligns with your values and supports your journey toward growth and healing.
Currently I am accepting individuals ages 4+, couples, and families for therapy services both in-person, and online.
I am committed to creating a therapeutic space that is LGBTQIA+ affirming, fat-positive, sex-positive, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed. I welcome all gender identities, sexual orientations, body sizes, cultural backgrounds, and relationship structures. I practice from a secular (non-religious), anti-oppressive, client-centered framework and acknowledge the impact of systemic harm on mental health.
This is your space to be fully seen, fully accepted, and fully supported in your own truth.
Services

Specialty
Therapy feels different when you finally meet someone who truly gets it.
Someone who understands that you’ve tried everything, but nothing has worked.
Someone who knows what it’s like to be where you are: ashamed, angry, guilty, and afraid that you’ll never just get it together.
I know what that’s like — because I’ve been there.
As a neurodivergent therapist, I bring not only clinical expertise, but lived experience to the therapy room, and I’m honored to walk alongside adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD.
I believe change is possible. Real, meaningful change; and I’ll hold that hope for you, even when you can’t.
When you're ready, you’ll discover that you’ve already had what you needed all along.

Therapy Techniques
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
CBT is a practical, evidence-based approach that helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. CBT works by identifying and challenging unhelpful thinking and behavior patterns that might be contributing to the issues you are experiencing.
Somatic-Informed Therapy
Somatic Therapy connects the mind and body to process trauma and stress. By focusing on physical sensations, movement, and breath, it helps release stored tension and promote healing.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
ACT helps individuals embrace their thoughts and feelings rather than fighting them. Through mindfulness and values-based action, ACT fosters psychological flexibility and lasting change.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
DBT teaches skills for managing emotions, improving relationships, and increasing mindfulness. It’s an evidence-based approach that helps individuals navigate distress and build a life worth living.
Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is a structured therapy that helps process distressing memories by using bilateral stimulation, such as guided eye movements. It reduces emotional intensity, helping individuals reframe past experiences and move toward healing.

Overall Approach
I take an integrative approach that is rooted in systems theory, strengths-based, holistic care. This person-centered model of therapy aims to support your growth and well-being. By recognizing the interconnectedness of your experiences, environment, and strengths, I help you navigate challenges and create meaningful change, empowering you on your journey toward a more fulfilling life.
